This is another headache that locks you out of your own PC. Why would you need this to come equipped
with your home PC. It is true, even if you don't forget the password it can lock you out of your
system. Again it can appear you have other issues and support cannot always point you to the
problem. Find a guru online if you want to get the answers. This is another Acer software you don't
really need--translation useless. Uninstall it, if it will let you.
